BRICS Pay and the expansion of BRICS Plus with the addition of new Thirteen BRICS Partner Nations.
In addition to the BRICS Plus new member States of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, in January 2024, was added Ethiopia, Egypt, Iran and the United Arab Emirates, thirteen new Partner Nations were announced.
After the Kazan, Russia BRICS Summit, the additional members of BRICS Plus has added 13 more new Partners who will become full members in the very near future.

5. Indonesia
6. Kazakhstan
7. Malaysia
8. Nigeria
9. Thailand
10. Turkey
11.Uganda
12. Uzbekistan
13. Vietnam.
Turkey is a NATO member which is important to note and clearly indicates the intention of Turkey to leave NATO and the EU in the very near future.
Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand are involved in the South China Sea disputed FONOPS concerns which secures cooperation amongst regional partners with China. If there is a likely regional war, no BRICS Plus member Nations will declare war on China.
Venezuela was excluded due to Brazil's veto, due to the Guyana issue.
