Maria Zhakarova cuts to the chase and blames Ukrainian Handlers for the alleged ISIS-K Terrorists for the March 22, 2024 Crocus City Hall Attack.


Zakharova cuts to the chase and says that Ukrainian Handlers trained the Tajikistan Mercenaries who are not Islamic Jihadists but are Mercenaries who attacked Russian people during the Islamic Holies month of Ramadan. These Mercenaries were paid. They were not religious, they were known Criminals from Tajikistan.
ISIS Khorasan are Sunni from the Hanaafi Sunni School from the Greater Khorasan region which is derivative of the ancient non-Islamic Sasanian Empire or the second Persian Empire before the onset arrival of the Islamic Faith to form the Khorasan Islamic region in the 7th and 8th century.
Tajikistan was once part of the Khorasan Islamic Empire that no longer exist.
Overall, the ISIS K has no grievances with Russia at all except for ISIS links in Turkey via the Al Baghdadi ISIS from Syria. Even then, the Russians did not directly hunt down ISIS Fighters but were supporting the Shia Alawaite Assad Syrian Government Forces from being overwhelmed by the Islamic State. The attempt was to erase Syria from the map in place of a Sunni Caliphate.
Again, reiterating the fact that ISIS K has no primary motivation to target Russia at all.
