Over 2/3 have either been KIA or have resigned and returned home.

Denial is very strong amongst the delusional NATO and Ukrainian Political and Military Commanders.
2. Anger, the outrage for the losses and humiliating destruction of NATO weaponry, losses of highly touted NATO Armoured Vehicles and Tanks and the sudden surges of Ukrainian and NATO Mercenary KIA. The continual territorial losses inexplicable to the Ukrainians who insisted that they drove the Russians out of Ukraine in less than a month of fighting. A delusional lie, since the Russians were ORDERED to withdraw from Western Ukraine and were NEVER Driven off by the Ukrainian Military.
3. Bargaining, the US DOD, NATO member Nations and Anglophone Nations like Australia, NZ and South Africa send more military weapons and munitions to replace the depleted weaponry and munitions by the Russians and are adamant that sending in more munitions and Weapons will help Ukraine DEFEAT Russia. 
The Depression and Acceptance stages are a few months away.
But the Ukrainian Defeat occured on June 4th, 2023. Why this date, the defeat of Ukraine occured when the Ukrainian Offensive was soundly defeated in June 2023.
Since June 2023, the Ukrainians and NATO have denied their DEFEAT.
