I have lived in Australia for 43 years and throughout my life I have known only of institutionalised Racism, especially with the Queensland Justice system.

Even Samoans I have known are just as racist as many white Australian racists.

From the workplace, to education, to buying a ticket to catch a train, to being abused by school teachers, I had encountered little bit of racism.

Unbeknown to myself at the bigger world of Australian society, at political parties, to political rallies, to churches, to doing a job interview, RACISM and DISCRIMINATION was very apparent growing up in Australia from 1981 till now.

There is multicultualism but this is only if you are WELL SUPPORTED by your family, community, churches, Mosque, Synagogues Temple etc, otherwise, in the pluralistic world of competition and the survival of the fittest, the least supported are the least empowered.

Samoans make up 98,000 of the Australian population, similar to the Jewish population in Australia. We are few, and unlike the Jews, the Samoans are even more divided amongst religion, and families, as well as villages and District support of their Amalgamated Chiefs, or Tamaoaiga (Royal Families) The Samoans are much more divided than the Jews not only in Australia but throughout the Samoan Diaspora.

As the least empowered and least populated ethnic groups the pluralistic world of competition will further disempower the Samoans.

Police harrassments, arrests and discrimination by White Australians is very apparent. The Samoans are tarred by the same brush as other Polynesians. MOST white people assume that ALL SAMOAN MEN BASH THEIR Wives. So domestic violence is a favourite weapon used by white people against Samoans. Whilst some of this stereotype may be true, the Samoan race hasnt ended with all women murdered and bashed to death as White people seem to enjoy pointing out to themselves and the world at large.

Racism is very strong and it is hardwired within the Justice System in Australia.

Australian Judges especially are myopic and are culturally hardwired to judge Samoans along the stereotypical brawn and unintelligent thug. Again the Once were warrior movie script is stigmatised to all Polynesian menfolk by the Maori movie classic. This has spread to all Polynesian cultures. Some of it is true. But, the Australian justice system would stigmatise all Pacific Islanders in this hardwired discriminatory stereotype. Admittedly, it is also hardwired amongst some Polynesians but this is not all Pacific Islanders. Samoans are more religious than most Maori people. Even the secularist Samoans are not the stereotypical Jake the Mus, unintelligible Thug as most White Australians and even Polynesian people would stigmatise themselves. What is even more disconcerting for many White People, especially Police Officers, is when the encounter Polynesians who are not as stupid as they think they are. Again, the prejudice amongst many White people in general.

Needless to say, Australia has had an intergenerational hardwired institutionalised RACIST approach to life that is the typical Australia that is reviled and spurned by the Asian Nations and cultures today.

ASEAN member Nations have viewed the Australian attitude as typical of the Anglo Celtic White Supremacist Attitude that has become more apparent with the AUKUS Treaty in recent years.

AUKUS resonates the White Supremacist Attitudes of the Anglophone Anglo American World View that is the bane to the Asia Pacific Region.

The Chinese have been welcomed especially by the Melanesian Cultures of the Pacific who have gotten used to the racist paternalistic attitudes of Anglo Australians in regional discourse and political dialogue. The assimilation process has been very acute even with the Papuan New Guinea Parliamentary procedures which is very Westminster than any other Parliamentary process confirming the very entrenched Anglocentric cultural traditions from their Paternatistic rulers from Great Britain, via their Colonial Vassal, Australia.

The Solomon Islanders have borne the brunt of a White Australian Paternalism that was evident with the RAMSI disharmony and the civil strife in recent decades. This cultural disequilibria had culminated with a Solomon Islander Government that begun to increasingly move away from their Colonial Masters, namely Australia and Great Britain and more towards China.

China had begun to develop economic ties with the Belt and Road Initiative initially with Samoa, then with Solomon Islands. The aim was to extend the Chinese Soft Power influence into the Pacific Region. More specifically, to assert regional influence to move the Asia Pacific futher away from EUROCENTRISM and especially away from European colonial powers.

Australia and New Zealand, like this Sir Robert Menzies Speech on creating a Homogeneous Australian society, regaling the Enoch Powell of the British National Party, poltical mantra, would also return to the WHITE AUSTRALIA viewpoint on avoiding the multicultural violence associated with the mixture of cultures and races within society.

The argument is valid of course, provided that you are in Europe and are a European within your environment.

However, since Australia is in the Asia Pacific region, the right for XENOPHOBIA, and the rights to claim HOMOGENIETY, rests with the regional ethnicities which as Asians, Aboriginal Australian, Micronesians, Melanesians and Polynesians. The rights to claim HOMOGENEITY in the ASIA PACIFIC Region are Black, Asiatic and Pacific Islander cultures and people.

The EUROPEANS, and especially the White Anglo Celtics, are on the WRONG SIDE of the Planet.

HOMOGENIETY in the ASIA PACIFIC region are Asian, Brown or Black skinned Indigenous peoples!

You all need to attend the Pacific Island Forum or APEC or ASEAN Asia Pacific Group Meeting to realise where on the PLANET YOU ARE!!!!
