The mea culpa is the same, the Georgians are blaming the Russians for introducing the Foreign Agents Registration Act into the Georgian Parliament. Except the problem is that it isnt copying from the Russian Legislation at all. Instead it is copying the American FARA.
Yet, the narrative is set with Russians are to blame for the FARA legislation passed in the Georgian Parliament and the Tiblisi City has broken into street riots and violence, thanks to the Russia is to blame narrative. Not dissimilar to the Kiev Euromaident protests instigated by the Right Sector, the Azov Battalion, and the Slovboda Ultra Right Neo Nazis rabble rousers.
Like the Ukrainian Revolution the Tiblisi Georgians are frothing at the bit at wanting a piece of Russophobia like their Ukrainian combat in arms, ignoring the Americans entirely.
The situation seems obvious, the Georgians and Ukrianians have had the acute inferiority complex from their long time Big Brother that they have vented their envious narcissism against the Russians, the largest Nation on the planet that is resource rich with a modest population for such a large geospatial soveriegn Nation. But, envy aside, the Georgians, like the Ukrainians and the Europeans have held centuries old envy of the Russian Nation that they can not contain their envy and would move closer to Europe in realising their envious grass is always greener on the other side Eurocentrism.
When in actuality the problem of smaller satellite Soveriegn States from former Warsaw Pact Nations and USSR member Nations is always lashing out at their Big Brother in Moscow. It is pure envious jealousy by the Balkan and Baltic States of Big Brother Russia.

The precursor warning by President Putin of the amended nuclear doctrine that preempted the RS 26 ICBM dummy warheads, very accurate strike, on an industrial site, within Dnipro City, Ukraine, by the Russian Rocket Force. President Putin has updated the Global Media that the ICBM was not an ICBM but a new Hypersonic missile called the Oreshnik medium range Hypersonic missile. However, there were MIRVs dispersed from the alleged Oreshnik medium range hypersonic missile which would be considered very advanced comparable to any previous Hypersonic missile systems which do not have MIRVs.
