I Ventured Into The Shocking Ghettos Of Hawaii, Nick Johnson. Comment by Tim Tufuga
We see where Barak Obama was born and raised, where his Mum was educated at the University of Hawai'i
.
But, we see the 20% of impoverished Hawaiians. Like many American slums, the poverty in America is shockingly massive.
Australia has many impoverished HOUSOS Subs but nothing can compare to the poverty and homelessness in America.
In Australia we have a growing homeless population, but, again, nothing compared to America.
We see the socioeconomic ideological dispararities of liberal capitalist democracies from egalitarian social democratic societies like welfare state societies like Sweden, Norway, Australia and New Zealand, where there is a social welfare safety net that has overall protected the lesser equals of society with Centrelink, Medicare, WINZ, Public Housing Commission, Public Health, Public Housing Commission, which would create affordable egalitarianism not unlike Socialism Societies.
Anarchic Capitalism values the utilitarianism ethos of the individual, where the individual has the freedom to better themselves through their own entreprenuership to better their lot. We all value individual liberalism and individual entrepreneurship but life is not an level playing field where we all start off on an equal start. The world is made up in inequality where individuals are at a staggered starting blocks before they start their life's journey. So we see the American utilitarianism with the stark inequalities sa the Anachic-Capitalism will have you competing on unequal terms and you have to deal with your unequal start and unequal end.
Socialism has endeavoured to lessen the paroxysm shock of inequality with welfarism and universal egalitrianism. In some instances, there is a need for affirmative discrimination for those who are lesser equal than others, like the minorities, the cultural minorities, like the indigenous peoples.
Hawai'i is an example of the stark inequalities of American society.
